  1. Marc says:

Will the seating distances be marked for the general admission area, or will the spectators/attendees be left to figure out spacing on our own?

    • Laney Poye says:

Guests in general admission will be seated by the group with which they arrive. The area is designed so that guests can distance from other groups.

  2. Edward Angiuoli says:

Hi, Sorry but I have a few questions if you have the time… 1) I read somewhere that general admission ticket holders will have assigned locations to sit kind of like a checkerboard… Am I correct? 2) We will be a group of 4 but will need two parking tickets… can we purchase a 2nd parking ticket? 3) Can we bring a small wheeler for our chairs for general admission or do we need to carry them? 4) Can we carry a small cooler soft pack for water? 5) Can one of our group carry a standard school size back pack for binoculars, cameras etc.? Thank you in advance for any answers you can share with me.

    • Laney Poye says:

General admission guests will be asked to sit in their party distanced from other parties appropriately. You can purchase a second parking pass. A small wagon is fine for taking your chairs in and out of the show. 1L of water per person is allowed, but no other food or beverage, and no coolers. Guests are encouraged to bring binoculars, cameras, or any other viewing equipment that you choose to get the best look at the aerial displays! All bags and backpacks will be subject to search at the security gate.

  3. Kelly Johnson says:

Are we permitted to bring a collapsible wagon for carrying our chairs, etc.? Also, may we bring a small cooler strictly for ice?

    • Laney Poye says:

A collapsible wagon for hauling chairs is fine. No outside food or beverage or coolers are allowed besides 1L of water per person. Our vendors will have ice on site.

  4. GC says:

If I purchase a Group of 6 general admission package, we are not contained to a single vehicle like the Lawn Boxes, correct? There is no way I can fit myself, my wife and four friends in a single vehicle.

    • Laney Poye says:

Each lawn box purchase includes one parking pass; additional passes are available for purchase through our box office.

  5. Kevin Bellavance says:

Are coolers allowed? If so, are you allowed to bring food and drinks? I am a diabetic and the carnival type food sold at these events do not work for me.

    • Laney Poye says:

Hey Kevin, each guest is allowed to bring 1L of water per person, but no other food and beverage. We will have vendors who offer food that is not fried for our guests who have food preferences or medical needs.

    • Laney Poye says:

Yes, you can purchase a general admission ticket for 1. Just select the 1 option in the dropdown menu on the ticket purchase page.

  6. Anona Muller 352.455.1810 says:

I am trying to get information about bringing a motor coach to the event. i have pre-purchased 30 general admission tickets. what do i need to do to make provisions for bringing the coach. can he park in the RV parking area?

  7. Jason says:

Is there handicapped parking and is there instructions to get to it? and is there a place for viewing in a wheelchair for general admission? I know the site says grassy area but it is very hard to use a wheel chair in the grass.

  8. Matt says:

Was planning to drive my family (we live 10 hours away) to see this on the Saturday show but just wanted to understand a few details first: 1) Is the show Noon-4pm both days? 2) There are no static displays at all? Will there be any booths selling souvenirs or just food vendors? 3) Since this is titled the Space and Air Show, will there be anything representing Space? Thank you in advance.

    • Laney Poye says:

Hey Matt, we will likely have some static displays this year; stay tuned (including on your question about the space part)! The gates open at 9 am and the show is noon to 4 pm. There will be booths selling merchandise for all the acts. A

    • Laney Poye says:

In the event of non-authorized intervention, weather or other causes beyond our control, the event may be terminated or suspended and tickets are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled in its entirety on Saturday due to weather, tickets will be honored on Sunday. If the event is cancelled in its entirety on Sunday or for the weekend due to weather, tickets will be refunded or honored at the 2021 event.

      • Robert says:

        A couple things…

Are there any navy or marine demos going to be added?

Is there a list off static displays for the public to view?

When will the full schedule of daily line ups be made public?

If a show gets rained out, for example: Saturday, can we use our purchased tickets the following day for Sunday?

        • Laney Poye says:

Hey Robert, we just added a couple acts this week – check your email! Statics information will be sent out closer to the show, as well as the schedule of both days.

    • Laney Poye says:

Unfortunately, the private Friday Lockheed Martin employee day had to be cancelled, but Lockheed employees do receive an additional discount. Please email us at info@air.show for the link.

  9. Bryan Gamelin says:

The pricing advertised is not accurate. Late in the checkout process a “convenience fee” in excess of $20 is added. Why the gimmick?

    • Laney Poye says:

Hi Bryan, we ask our guests to pay a small convenience fee, which covers the services of our wonderful box office support team at Complete Ticket Solutions. These team members work around the clock to ensure our guests receive their tickets, have questions answered, make changes when needed, and otherwise handle all of the processing around an event of this size.

  10. Michael Leger says:

Hi my name is Michael. I have some questions. And I’m kind of confused.
    1. When you say General Admissions Bundle does that mean the seating is going to be on the tarmac somewhere around the FBO of Million Air Orlando or AFA Flying Services. Just of those examples. And can you walk to the aircraft like a B-25 or maybe a F-16 that could be a static display. And where would be the parking be for those bundles?

    2. How close will the demo teams when they on the ground if you are around those areas. And can you buy souvenirs from them?

    3. Where would photo pits be located? Is on the north of Runway 9? Or South of Runway? And if you were at the photo pit could you bring or own drinks. Or buy drinks there and take them to the photo pit to stay hydrated?

    4. Is the C-5 going to be a static or a fly by?

    5. What are the Promo Codes for General Admission tickets. And the Promo Codes for Photo Pit.

    • Laney Poye says:

Hi Michael, thanks for your questions – if this does not answer it fully, please email us at info@air.show. (1) General Admission bundled tickets will be seated out in a grassy area right next to the tarmac. We will not have static displays at this year’s show due to needs for keeping guests safe and separate. (2) There will be souvenirs for sale on site. The demo teams will be parked in a separate area when not flying. (3) Photo pit guests are welcome to bring 1L of water per person, but no other food or beverage will be allowed. We will have vendors on site. (4) The C-5 will be flying. (5) There are no promo codes at this time – your early bird discount of 30% is currently happening as of this message’s posting, and is already calculated into all tickets.

    • Laney Poye says:

There will be RV parking available. There is not a discount for retired Lockheed Martin employees, but we do have our Early Bird 30% off discount happening right now. The discount is already added in; no promo code needed.

  11. Mary Penn says:

is there information on the time line for October 1st? I only see the doors open at 9 am, I am trying to coordinate with friends to join us and I would like to know more about the event during the day and when it is over
