    Does the admission ticket for the Flightline Club VIP serve as the VIP parking pass or will that be sent separately? I have already purchased and received via email the tickets for the Flightline Club, but no parking pass was attached to that email.

      Hey William, you will get your parking pass emailed separately to you about 30 days prior to the event! No worries, as you wouldn’t have received it until closer to the show.

    Do Infants count as part of the attendance count? We were planning to come as a group and one of the couples now has an infant and would put the car (minivan) at 7 people.

    Is it possible to get any information on food vending for this event? I am interested in a food vendor application if possible. Where would I need to contact somebody for that information?

      Hey Sharon, please email us at info@air.show with detailed information about the non-profit in question. We are typically only able to provide space to non-profit organizations like the Civil Air Patrol and other groups that are related to aviation and the military. They are not allowed to do sales, just provide information. We also often have opportunities for non-profit volunteers to work concessions for a % of the proceeds. Please send us a detailed information and we will be able to help you determine if this is a good fit.

    Hello! I’d like to thank Lockheed Martin for putting on this show. These air shows are great resources for people like me who aspire to become military aviators. These air shows are opportunities to talk with current military pilots and get similar to how an aspiring doctor or engineer would talk to someone in their chosen profession. But because of the military nature of military aviation the opportunities are much rarer, so thank you again. With that, I have a request. I would like to have the opportunity to talk to pilots of the F/A-18. So could the people planning the static displays please try and get some displays from NAS Oceana or even NAS Lemoore, it would be greatly appreciated. I am more than willing to help and can give you the contact info for the squadrons and their respective PAOs. This would mean a lot. Thanks!

    Would like more info about this event. I am the group travel planner for our daytrip dept. at AAA at The Villages. We would like to plan this event for our seniors. Can our clients bring folding chairs and coolers to the event? I have to keep the price reasonable so preferred seating is probably not an option. Any info you can send me would be great. Thanks!

      Hi Debbie, so folding chairs are fine and recommended for our guests in the general seating admission area, as seats are not provided. Coolers and outside food and beverage besides 1L of water per person are strictly prohibited. However, a small lunchbox cooler for guests with diabetes for their insulin will be allowed, and is subject to search at the gate.     Can you please detail parking options along with location and fees along with any promos?
    Will there be satellite parking lots with trams to the front gate/entrance?
    Do you have tickets that include parking?

      Hi ET, our parking will go on sale about 30-40 days prior to the show. Our Flight Line Club and Photo Pit tickets do include VIP parking, which is close to the gate; all other general admission tickets must purchase parking separately. Most of the parking will be located on site in grass areas around the airport within a short walking distance of the gate.

      Hey James, we will provide that, but MUCH closer to the show. The event is not until October 31-November 1, 2020, so it’s still very early in our planning process as we work with the great team at Sanford Airport to set these details.

      We did have a Melbourne Air and Space Show for a number of years. Due to expansion needs for the show, we needed to relocate to a different air field, but still here in our Central Florida community!

      Hey Ron, to clarify, the show is October 31-November 1, 2020! Tickets go on sale on November 10, 2019, for the show NEXT year. We’re just excited to start spreading the word for next year’s event!!

    Wondering why tickets go on sale on November 10th?
    Also, the airport mentioned here is in Sanford, not so close to downtown Orlando–no address provided. Maybe it’s a different airport, the smaller Orlando airport near the Orlando International Airport (probably not, just asking)?

      Hey Michele, saw that you saw it is 10/31-11/1/2020, but posting a reply anyway because there are always others that have that question too! Tickets go on sale for the 2020 show on November 10, 2019. And yes, it is the Sanford airport, the one that’s just east of the downtown area, not MCO, which is the big one out off of 417 and 528. It’s the smaller of the two, but perfect for this type of show!

    Please adjust the dates tickets go on sale to before Oct. 31st. Right now your site says they go on sale Nov. 10th.

      Hey Gary, to clarify, the show is Oct. 31-Nov. 1, 2020, and the tickets go on sale November 10, 2019 for the 2020 show. Sorry if that was confusing!
