The Flight Line Club is the ultimate spot to experience the Lockheed Martin Space and Air Show. Enjoy this VIP viewing experience featuring tents for shade and eating, a catered lunch, and beer, wine, soft drinks and water all day long while you stay safe and separate from others around you with reserved seating by group.

The Flight Line Club will feature reserved seating by group to stay safe and separate from other spectators this year. Only your friends and family will be sitting next to you directly on the flight line as you watch the jets soar overhead with large aisles between every section and row. A catered lunch will be served from 11:30a to 1:30p with beer, wine, soft drinks and water served all day long. Enjoy shaded seating to eat inside the Flight Line Club VIP tents and use them to get out of the sun after lunch service is complete. Executive air conditioned restroom trailers are once again part of the VIP experience. A complimentary program guide, mask and a small bottle of hand sanitizer will be provided to every Flight Line Club guest. One parking pass per group is included for the VIP reserved parking area just for the Flight Line Club guests, offering the closest available parking. You’ll also enter though a special entrance gate to VIP parking and take a special express exit route away from the main parking lots so you can avoid most of the traffic.

    We purchased our tickets last November 10th and got the Preferred Seating. Ticket says Gates open at 9am, Preferred Seating opens at 10am. Assigned seats row A, Seat 1 and 2. dedicated restrooms and stands with food and beverage for purchase, general parking included. Is this VIP? Has any of this changed?

      Hi Deb, Preferred Seating is its own unique area – you are provided seats, dedicated restrooms, food/beverage stands, and it includes parking. It’s not the same as VIP Flight Line Club, but its own separate area. Your parking pass will be provided approximately 30 days prior to the show.

    How will tables be set up for a small group of say 2 people, one being handicap with cane? Like an earlier post, Mom is a spouse of deceased US Army.. we lived on a lot of Military bases most of my life.. we look forward to seeing the Thunderbirds and all the other jets there.

      Hi Theresa, so the Flight Line Club will be arranged a little differently this year in order to ensure guests stay separate and safe. Your party’s viewing seats will be placed together in a grouping according to the number of tickets you purchased, so your group can stay separate from others. Because the air show is out on a tarmac, there is some walking involved, so if your relative would be more comfortable with a wheelchair or walker, be sure to bring that along. The area is arranged so that your mother can safely navigate through the area with a cane. Tables are first come, first serve under the tent and are not reserveable.     Hi. I purchased tickets for the Flight Line Club VIP for my husband’s birthday present. We will be there for the October 31st show. The information provided says these tickets include a special parking area away from the General Admission parking area. Will we drive into the main entrance and then get directed to this special parking area? Is there a map of the venue to know where everything is yet?

      Hi Jo Ann, what a lovely way to celebrate your husband’s birthday. Yes, VIP Flight Line Club tickets include a VIP parking area specific to your section. You will receive the parking pass, which includes a map showing you how to get in and where to park, to your email about 15-30 days prior to the show.

    I bought 6 tickets when first went on sale for VIP. Each came with a parking pass at that time. Please explain how parking became a “group” thing. In addition, please explain how VIP has changed to group seating now. Does that mean my six are in a group. We will be coming in separate vehicles so what do I do now.

      Hi Shawn, so when you buy a group of Flight Line VIP club tickets, your order comes with one parking pass per order. However, we do our best to accommodate the need for additional parking passes within reason for Flight Line Club groups of 5 or larger who may not arrive together in a single vehicle. We can likely accommodate an additional parking pass for you if you need it – please email us at The parking passes are typically emailed to guests a couple weeks prior to the event. Regarding the seating, you will be provided with wristbands and badges when you come into the VIP Flight Line Club area. Once there, you will report to a group of six seats for your party. Your party can arrive together or separately; it doesn’t matter. We do, however, recommend where possible arriving together to ensure we can properly group you together.

      Are you asking about a signing booth? We’re not sure at this time, only because we are implementing additional “stay safe” protocols to protect our guests and performers. If you are referencing the “Friends and Family” tent, then yes.

    I hope to attend but will need to travel from out of state. With the Covid situation, there are so many unknowns and potential loss of travel dollars. If I purchase VIP, if event is canceled, would I get a refund? How soon in advance would I be notified?
    I know its early, but what precautions will be in place for the event? Any other information you could relay on this?

      At this time, the show is still scheduled to occur as planned, with modifications to the layout for public safety. Should that change, we will notify all ticketholders with plenty of forewarning, but we do not expect this to occur. Tickets would then be honored at the rescheduled date.

      Hi Ed, you will be charged for your tickets as soon as they are ordered. They will arrive in your email inbox within a few minutes of your purchase.

      Hi Roy, if you purchased your tickets when they first went on sale, you actually received the BEST discount. The current discount was only 35%, you would have received 40% off. There was no discount code needed when you purchased; the discount was already added in.

      Hi Vesta, there is not a limit on soda and water in the VIP Flight Line Club, but our management staff and volunteer crew do reserve the right to limit alcoholic beverages for any guests deemed necessary for public safety.

      No. Due to concerns for the safety of attendees and animals, no pets will be allowed onto the show site unless they are service animals. For clarification on qualifications of service animals, please visit the ADA website. A public air show is not a conducive environment for our four-legged friends!

      Hey Benjamin – no. Parking in the airport parking garage will be reserved for those with commercial flights only. We will have parking areas on site for all of our air show guests. VIP tickets include parking; General admission parking will go on sale about 30 days prior to the show!

        All public areas of the air show are ADA handicapped accessible. For guests with accessibility challenges, we recommend bringing a cane, wheelchair or walker. However, we ask that all guests please note that the show is located on an airfield and there will be some distance involved from the gates to the seating area. Most parking areas are grass lots. Handicapped parking will be available in all official air show parking lots.

      Hi Jason, so in our Flight Line Club VIP section, food, drinks and seating are all provided. For our regular general admission, you will need to bring your own chairs and a personal hand-held umbrella is fine, but no popup awnings or beach umbrellas are allowed. All guests are allowed 1L of water per person, but no other outside food or beverage will be allowed on site. We do have vendors with food for sale throughout the show.

        I am medically limited to non-carbonated drinks. I don’t want just water all day. Do you have sweet tea available? If not, is there a list of non-carbonated drink options available?

          Hi Rhonda, yes, we have a bunch of lemonade vendors, as well as some who sell bottled sweet tea. You’ll be fine to have an alternative that is not water or soda.

    Morning here in California! I just subscribed for tickets to the November 2020 air show. I reserved 4 but I will need to reduce that to 1. Other prospective attendees will not be available.
    I was an ‘Air Force Brat’ and loved every minute of the lifestyle. Respecting my Father’s wishes, instead of joining the Military, I went in into the Fire Service serving for DoD installations, retiring out as a Chief, again, loving every minute of the First Responder life. I am blessed to be on the Lockheed Martin team and seeing an exciting future. Best times were working the air shows out at USMC El Toro in Calif. Can’t wait to see the Thunderbirds again.

        Cant we get some idea on pricing prior to the “on sale” days to make plans with friends and family. Waiting until the last minute is making it a challenge to figure costs.

          Hi Shawn, so tickets will go on sale on November 20 for the show which is October 31-November 1, 2019 – so you have almost a whole year to purchase tickets. Typically, we do a 40% discount off of the day-of ticket price for the first 48 hours that tickets go on sale. If you fill out the registration form linked on this page, we’ll even send you an email reminder when tickets go live so you can purchase directly on that day!
